Understanding the Signals.
You get signals in the following format.
Example:
NIFTY (SPOT) 157- D- W 3039.85 -67.80 HEIKIN-ASHI
Alarm on indicator Half Day Setup ( HDS)
3/30/2009 09:55
Sell 2 at 3054.85
Now SHORT 1
• The first sentence let you know what the signal is about. Here it is…
NIFTY (SPOT) 157- D- W 3039.85 -67.80 HEIKIN-ASHI
This means, the signal is of NIFTY (SPOT). You may ignore 157- D- W 3039.85 -67.80 HEIKIN-ASHI as it is the calculation parameters and for the end user, it is not relevant.
• The second sentence let you know what type of signal is this. Here it is …
Alarm on indicator Half Day Setup ( HDS)
This means, the signal is of Half Day Setup. Short form HDS. HDS is a special trade set up, first time in the world, and available only through www.ftalarms.com
• The third sentence let know the date and time the signal is generated. Here it is…
3/30/2009 09:55
This means, the signal was generated on 30 March 2009 at 9:55
• The fourth and fifth sentence let you know what it is asking you to do. Here it is…
Sell 2 at 3054.85
Now SHORT 1
This means, it is asking you to sell two NIFTY futures. The reason it is asking you to sell two nifty is as given below.
Suppose in the last Buy signal, you ware holding one LONG position. Now when markets drop, what you are supposed to do is clear the LONG position and go one fresh SHORT of another NIFTY future. So, covering the one LONG position and going fresh one SHORT together make it two (one + one) sell. So you have now one SHORT as open position.
Note: If at any case, the signal comes with Buy 1 or Sell 1, consider it as Buy 2 or Sell 2 respectively.
We provide signals based on 15 Min chart in NIFTY alone. The format is…
NIFTY (SPOT) 15- 75- 225 3109.75 50.35 HEIKIN-ASHI
Alarm on indicator 15 Min (spot) modified
3/30/2009 09:55
Sell 2 at 3070.25
Now SHORT 1
The only purpose of this is to give you an idea of the immediate market trend.
